  • Build, document, and aggressively optimize internal SOPs.
  • Oversee all project management lifecycles and daily bottleneck removal.
  • Manage the hiring pipeline and internal onboarding process.

Focus: Converting 'Interest' to 'Booked Call'.

Maximize meeting booking rates from positive reply to calendar confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure sub-5-minute Speed-to-Lead on all positive and neutral replies.
  • Skillfully handle objections via email and LinkedIn to keep momentum alive.
  • Execute warm calling to instantly convert high-intent replies into scheduled meetings.

Relentless persistence. High energy. Incredible written communication and the confidence to pick up the phone immediately when a reply drops.
